Artificial light to charge solar panel?

I have a sun lamp and have noticed that when I have it on, the charging light on my solar chargers come on stating that it is charging. Given that it is winter and don’t have a lot of direct sun light during the day, could I use that lamp to fully charge, say, a solar/hand crank only powered radio?
I know that using a lamp isn’t the greenest option, but it is a low energy lamp. I would have to hand crank for at least 2 hours strait to get a full charge on it.

Can you charge a phone with a small solar panel?

I have a small solar panel that outputs around 3 volts, and it probably doesn’t have much amperage. I was wondering if I could simply hook up the solar panel’s wires to my phone charger’s wires (that plug into the wall) and charge my phone, without any voltage changer or anything. Would this work?

Charge a portable Jump starter with Solar?

So today i bought a peak 900 jump starter. It has a 12 volt 18AH battery as well as a 12v outlet for powering 12 volt electronics. So i was wondering if it were possible to charge this unit up with a solar panel. The jump starter has a power input jack on it, it is for charging the unit with your cars battery. So i was wondering it it were possible to wire up a solar panel into that power input jack to charge the battery.

Any advice is welcome. Any ideas for some solution to this is great too.

This would be used for backup power as well as a camping tool.

Thanks so much

Alex

solar panel to charge a deep cycle battery?

I have a 12 Volts, 125 AmpH deep cycle battery which I would like to charge using a solar panel. I am not looking for a trickle charge I actually need the solar to supplement and fully charge the battery from 50 percent or lower used state. What kind of 12V solar panel would I need for this job. I would like to charging to be completed in 24-48 hours if possible. I live in NorthEast of US with a south facing roof.
