Is there a charger cord for the Li-IOn NP-45 battery that has a USB on both sides?

I am considering getting a Scosche solBAT II, which is a solar charging device, to charge my NP-45 battery to a Fujifilm Z30 Finepix camera. It needs the connecting cable to be a USB however, so I was wondering if there was a battery charger that connected to both sides with USB? Thank you!

Solar chargers – would a small one power a laptop?

I know that there are bigger ones that you can power your laptop from, and actually keep working from it, but they are very expensive for me. So I thought – maybe a small one (that is used for ipods, psp, mobiles etc) would work (not for running your laptop directly from it, but leaving it to charge during the day, and using it in the evening – this is when I use it most) Is it going to work, do you think?
cheers

What is a solar cell inverter?

So I was reading about solar cells and saw that you need a inverter to get any output/electricity out of the cell, is that true?

I wanted to use solar cells to power up for example a cellphone charger, what would I need to do that? except the solar cell and the charger..
(the charger requires 230V input, european model)

Is there a way to increase the Wattage to only my room form inside my SRO room without changing the 10A Circ b?

My landlord will not allow us to change the Circuit breaker, and portable Battery packs shut down while plugged in, I am looking for a prefabbed/premanufactured (or my land lord will flip) Battery/Transformer/AC to AC inverter/Power Booster/Amplifier that will increase 200W or 300W to 600W to 800W. I would use it for the sole purpose of using my thermostat controlled Holmes hfh442-UM Space Heater which is 12.5A 600W Lo – 1500W Hi. The Specs state that it is (+5/-10) per 5 degree setting with 5 Hi/Lo settings 60,65,70,75,80, I think this means it rusns 540W on 75 degrees Lo and 1350W on 75 degrees Hi, would this be accurate? Would a Power supply tower be able to do this? So, to Recap: I want to run my Heater at 540W 75 degree Lo off a power (Amplified or Battery) source that boosts/amplifies/increases the wattage to my room only or runs or charges tandemly with the AC plugged in and the Heater, so it Charges to between the times the Heater is on slowly or off faster and can support about 600W for an hour while charging for only say 30 minutes directly off the wall, or enough to run the heater almost constant, useing 300W Max to Amplify or Charge? If you can suggest a product, please do and be specific, I have done searches for all the Electrical Jargin I can think of and just keep coming up with solar panels that cost thousands of dollars, Computer Power Supply Towers, and Battery packs.

i have a solar panel and want to connect it to a battery that charges via a normal 115V AC outlet?

the solar panel has two alligator clamps (like jumper cables) at the end, I guess to charge a battery.

I guess I need some device I can hook the alligator clamps to that has a 115V plug on the other end I can plug the battery charger into?

Is there more to it than that?
